Custom developments and deliverables will be subject to the intellectual property terms outlined in individual project contracts.

6. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of business information. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive data shared during the course of our business relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boreal Software Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements according to the terms specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, all rights and obligations shall cease except those that by their nature should survive termination.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect service availability.

AI and Machine Learning Services

AI and machine learning solutions are provided based on current technology capabilities and data provided by clients. Results may vary based on data quality, implementation environment, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or performance metrics unless explicitly stated in writing.
